I have created documents specifically design to provide corporate policy and guidelines for transgender, non-binary, or gender expansive employees who wish to transition at their company.

Training Materials

I specialize in making corporate appropriate LGBTIQA2+ training material for both LGBTIQA2+ employees, but also for managers, and leaders. My focus is on dispelling common myths, preventing micro-aggregations, and providing a space for leadership to ask questions that they might have without asking their LGBTIQA2+ employees.
